Margie and Lee have owned and run SuperGlass Windshield Repair in the DFW area since 2005 β built from the ground up, with their own hands and hustle, over 20 years! π And here's the best part: this isn't just a husband-and-wife success story, it's a family legacy in action. All three of their sons, Alex, Chandler, and Zach, now run the business alongside them, known throughout the community for their honesty and the quality they bring to every single customer. π Margie and Lee never stop growing! πβ¨ Margie, your story is proof that vision, hard work, and family can build something that truly lasts. Adeline - your biggest win is indeed a BIG win! 1. First knowing that there were mental barriers you may have to walk through and creating new processes are TWO huge wins in themselves. This type of attitude positions you to KEEP winning. 2. EPIC!! This is a lesson most don't learn until late in life - keep going having the faith it works out and the procrastination ghost monster just fades away. It was an illusion. 3. Having something to keep your eye on to carry into the next week is also a trait that highly successful individuals and entrepreneurs always keep in mind. Where we put our focus - the reticular activating system in your brain sees as a target and will get you there EVEN without your conscious effort. Yes, comfort is a trap that keeps us stuck. I know that one too well. 4. Bravo Adeline!!
