I show/control your videos and graphics while you’re on camera which allows you to focus 200% on your presentation, and can also edit any previous work that you’ve done. We're going outside, playing, laughing, and probably crying. We're finger painting AND running sack races AND doing sound bowl meditation AND eating real food AND having a cacao ceremony AND going home with a gift bag. Oh yeah...Oh My! 🤗 We know what it feels like to be running on empty and calling it strength. To be everybody's rock and nobody's priority, including your own but underneath all of that, we're doing the deep work of bringing back the little girl you buried under all that responsibility. The one who was free before life got heavy. Who wanted things out loud. Who didn't need a reason to take up space. She's still in there. We're just going to go get her! This weekend I decided to go over what Nicole has been teaching us and took again the trainings we have in the HERO Academy. Today I got 7 people asking me for information!!! The first time I took the 2k Challenge I got in one single video, over 60 people joining a training. Really DO THE WORK, let yourself be guided and coached. I’m very happy about this!!!
