ALM
As I was checking out my settings on ALM I noticed a difference in my account balance between ALM and Lucid. Not sure why or how, should I be concerned? I have tried refreshing and logging in and out but still remains the same.

ALM has not updated from last week yet. It will show the correct balance once it boots up tomorrow morning

@Kara Kennicker Hit and miss across the board. There's a number of days that it won't run anyways, like tomorrow that's a half day. But, the data/recommendations for the algos was gathered running on all holidays and news days

@Kara Kennicker I'll have to wait for the data to come out but from what I had running today: Fortuna 1 win. Poseidon 1 win on MES and 1 win on MNQ. News days introduce higher volatility, which can mean multiple direction changes, more liquidity seeking, etc. That can make it less ideal for models like Fortuna with static loss/profit targets, and the volatility can still potentially make it less ideal for other models. Can still also equate to a normal day, or provide better than average results. That's why we leave it as a user choice. Holidays are less ideal because there is extremely low volume. Price may not move at all, or just bounce up and down creating multiple losses

Connection issues
I set up a tradovate account before I signed up with my prop firm. I signed all the forms with that account (which is not connected to my prop firm) and now when I log in with my prop firm name and password I’m not given the option to sign any forms which gives me an error when I try to connect. Any help would be much appreciated.

Algo Issues
I am attempting to run the algo with conservative settings and it took a trade using 10 contracts and got stopped out within milliseconds. Down -$471 today so far. I figured I better turn off the algo and regroup. Also, is there a way to run it on a simulator so I don't blow accounts while trying to figure it out.

Assuming you have the group set up properly, I would recommend letting it run based on the template settings. We have a significant amount of data and thought that went into those. Without knowing what you have plugged in, and what trades it took, I wouldn't call it an issue yet. We'll win trades and lose trades, just part of the process. As for a simulated/paper account, you could sign up for a Tradovate trial and run it on paper trading that way
