Hey everybody, First I'd like to say the courses so far have been huge and I've already started to implement changes in my quoting and have seen the benefits within a day. I've been in business as a residential general contracting company for about a year and a half. From the start, my only source of marketing has been through reaching out to realtors through instagram, sponsoring local realtor events and posting via instagram to my following of 80% local realtors. This has worked in the short term and landed me a total of 71 jobs doing renovations and or repairs, the problem I run into with it is my work has strongly been tied to the real-estate market and if it feels any slow months so do I. My main focus now has been building my presence on social media in hopes of making it my main marketing source in the future, but I'm in need of some avenues that'll get me some jobs in the calendar asap, I've tried running google ads myself and have had no luck within a 3 week period, lately I've been thinking about hiring a "blue collar marketing agency" that we all see blasted on social media. I'm just wondering peoples thoughts on this, or if anybody has ever hired one? Or if anybody has any other recommendations based on the info above it'd be much appreciated.
