@Kristin Gyurkovits Thank you so much for the kind words and the warm welcome. 🙏 We don't offer retreats or workshops yet – right now it's just a small, quiet life of tending, harvesting, and transforming. But your question plants a seed for the future. Maybe someday. I love what you said about eating the colors of the rainbow. That's exactly how we live – mango yellow, papaya orange, hibiscus red, moringa green. And yes, it's a daily blessing. But a small garden with intention can hold just as much magic as a food forest. You're already on the path. 🌈 My favorite kombuchas are sage-lemongrass-ginger or hibiscus-roselle-grapefruit. For water kefir, I love a second fermentation with hibiscus and passion fruit. Thank you for seeing the energy behind what we do. Glad to be here with you. 💛🌱
