For the past couple of months, I've been coaching people one-on-one, and it's been incredibly valuable. I've learned a lot about the real challenges people face when trying to build their online presence and business. But recently I had a bit of a shift. I realized that while 1:1 coaching is powerful, it’s not very scalable, and it also limits the opportunity for members to learn from each other, not just from me. So over the past few weeks, I made a decision to start shifting my focus more toward building the community itself. Here's what I've been working on recently: • Creating courses inside the classroom so members have structured resources • Launching a $7 founding member offer for early supporters • Designing the community experience so people can learn together, not just from me It's still very early, so I don't have meaningful results to share yet. Right now I'm mostly focused on building the foundation and seeing how things evolve. But the reason I wanted to share this is because I'm curious: For those of you building communities too, what has your journey looked like so far? Did you start with coaching first and then transition into community? Or did you go straight into building a group? Would love to hear your experiences and lessons.

I just posted a YouTube video about how to get your first paying client. This was a huge milestone for me! I remember freaking out when I first had to deliver value after someone had just paid me. It was a massive shock to my nervous system! Your first client will probably transform you more than going from 1 to 20 clients. And I don't know about you, but I find it much easier to have this goal. It seems manageable. Just one. It can change everything, I promise! Some of the things it did for me was: changing my perception of work, my vision of money. I realised that I could get paid for things I already had/was. That I didn't have to work hard or do things I hate in order to get paid. And that if I could make one dollar online, why not a hundred, why not a thousand, why not ten thousand?
