What traditional leadership models felt the most urgent to dismantle?  2.Many stories involve stepping away from roles of power. How do you define success after that kind of choice? 3.The book highlights burnout, grief, and disillusionment. Why was it important to center those experiences? 4.Many contributors describe reinvention.
