Naming a Lead Magnet- Round 1
Hello everybody! I'm reading the $100M Leads book from Hormozi and I get a clearer picture about what is a lead and what is a lead magnet and how to build one. Right now I am thinking on a "Reveal Their Problem" type. Please help me choose and vote on that one you like the most. The niche is the people who tried a bunch of diet and after that they gained back the weight. The top 3 will go to the round 2. Thanks!✌️

I voted for Discover Why Your Weight Always Comes Back After Dieting (And What To Fix First), just because it feels the most personal and least blaming.
🤖 What’s My Business Blind Spot?
This one requires a bit of courage. We all have patterns. Strengths… and blind spots. Sometimes we can’t see them because we’re too close. Try this prompt: 👉 “Based on what you know about me, what might be my business blind spot?” No drama. No self-criticism. Just awareness. How to use this: 1️⃣ Open ChatGPT or any other LLM you use (free versions work) 2️⃣ Paste the prompt 3️⃣ Share the result — if you dare 😉 (useful, uncomfortable, or completely wrong) You can also do this without AI — just write your own honest answer. Here’s mine below 👇 Let’s see what we might be overlooking. Drop your line in the comments 🧭

Uh oh! Here is mine. You’re out-teaching your offer.

@Roberto Srpak yes. Exactly that. I love teaching, so it’s easy to give away the whole kitchen and then wonder why nobody buys dinner.
⏰ PAIN POINT: You don't have enough time
"I just need more hours in the day." No, you don't. You have the same 24 hours as everyone else. The difference isn't time — it's priorities. Here's what's actually happening: You're saying YES to everything. Every notification. Every "quick question." Every idea that pops into your head. Your calendar is full, but your progress is slow. The fix: Time isn't found. It's protected. Block 1-2 hours daily for your ONE priority. Not "work on business" — that's too vague. Pick the specific activity that moves the needle most (content, outreach, product, whatever YOUR bottleneck is). Everything else fits around that block, not the other way around. You'll never "find" time. You have to take it. What's eating most of your time right now — distractions, other people's priorities, or your own scattered focus? 👇

Time is protected, not found. For me it’s usually scattered focus, too many tabs open mentally and digitally.
🎆 What's one lesson from 2025 you're carrying into 2026?
As we close out this year, let's reflect on what actually mattered. Maybe it's something you learned the hard way. A mindset shift that changed everything. A mistake that taught you more than any win. Or just a simple truth that finally clicked. What's the ONE lesson you're taking with you into the new year? Tell us 👇

I learned that clarity comes from taking action, not waiting to feel ready.

@William H that’s powerful. Listening first changes everything! It’s how real service and real impact actually happen.

Such a good question, @Roberto Srpak. Right now, success feels like calm, clarity, and building something sustainable that actually serves people.

@Roberto Srpak fear. I know that sounds unbelievable but honestly, seeing what chaos costs, my health, my focus, my relationships, simply made calm and clarity non-negotiable for me. Sustainable only became obvious once I understood the real price of fast growth.
