Before the world gets loud ….
Your brain is listening. 🧠✨ The first few minutes after waking can set the tone for your whole day. Most of us accidentally start by feeding our brain urgency: Emails. Texts. News. Notifications. The tiny glowing rectangle of chaos. So tomorrow, before you grab your phone, try this: Take 3 breaths. Ask: Where might joy meet me today? Choose one sentence: Joy is available before everything is finished. Do one tiny joyful thing. That’s it. No 47-step morning routine required. Just a small moment of intention before the world starts making demands. What’s one tiny joyful thing you could do tomorrow morning?

We talk about protein, carbs, and fat for our bodies. But what about the macros for our joy? Today, I want you to check in with your joy plate: 1. Noticing What small beautiful thing did you actually let yourself see today? 2. Allowing Where can you let joy in without needing to “earn” it first? 3. Sharing Who could you send one joyful text to today? Joy does not have to be huge. It does not need a plane ticket, a perfect schedule, or a life makeover. Sometimes joy is coffee in a favorite mug. A walk without your phone. A song that makes your shoulders start dancing before your brain approves. A text that says, “Thinking of you today.” (Oh - did you send out your text today?) So tell me: Which joy macro are you focusing on today: noticing, allowing, or sharing? 💛
