✨ a little late, but i still wanted to take a moment to welcome some of our newest members to the community! ✨ @Alyssa Jae @Ashleigh Fowler @Ava Reynolds @Arianna Escalante @Mitchell Chloe @Amanda Smith whether you joined a few days ago or recently found your way, i’m so glad you’re here🥳 i've been reflecting lately and realizing that sometimes i overthink how i should show up as a community leader. i spend so much time thinking about what to post, what would be valuable, or how to create the perfect experience that it can actually create more distance than connection. and that's the opposite of what i want this space to be. whether you're new here or you've been around for a while: ✨ what are you most interested in exploring right now? 🎨 what topics would you love to see more of in this community? 🌱 what are you currently healing, unlearning, creating, or rediscovering within yourself? this community has always been about connection, curiosity, creativity, and expansion. i'm grateful you're here, and i'd love for us to get to know each other a little more! drop a comment and say hello💭

Welcome Everyone!!! So glad you are here!! 😀
the power of becoming a beginner again🪄
one of the most transformative things you can do for your confidence is become a beginner again. when you start a new creative hobby, you're stepping into the unknown. you have no proof you'll be good at it. no guarantee you'll stick with it. and yet, something in you feels curious enough to begin anyway. there's something incredibly powerful about that. every time you allow yourself to learn, experiment, make mistakes, and create without needing perfection, you strengthen trust in yourself & you remind yourself that your worth isn't tied to talent, productivity, or mastery. it's tied to your willingness to show up. here's what starting something new can teach you: ✨ it builds self-trust. confidence isn't created by already knowing what you're doing. it's built through action. every time you try something unfamiliar, you prove to yourself that you can handle uncertainty and keep going anyway. ✨ it softens perfectionism. beginners are supposed to make mistakes. when you give yourself permission to be imperfect, you create space for play, growth, and genuine learning. ✨ it expands your world. new hobbies often lead to new communities, conversations, opportunities, and friendships. sometimes one small yes can open doors you never knew existed. ✨ it reveals hidden parts of yourself. there are interests, gifts, and passions you may never discover if you only stay within what's familiar. sometimes a new creative practice helps you meet a version of yourself you've never met before. ✨ it keeps your creativity alive. trying something new brings freshness back into the creative process. it awakens excitement, curiosity, inspiration, and a sense of wonder that can spill into every area of your life. sometimes a hobby isn't just a hobby, it's an invitation. an invitation to grow, explore, and reconnect with yourself in a new way. you don't always know why something is calling you. but curiosity is often worth listening to. 🐛 is there a creative hobby you've been thinking about starting lately? what is it, and what draws you to it?

I just need to start working on the things I know how to do that I haven't done in a long time, lol. I forgot all of the things I know how to do. I've been stuck but now I'm ready to jump back into it again.
new members, welcome!🥳
a warm welcome to our newest alchemists @Dr Crystal D Woods & @Sonja Golchin 🪄 so glad you found your way here! art & alchemy is a space for curious minds and creative souls. where we explore art, spirituality, psychology, consciousness and the deeper questions that don't always have easy answers💭 you don't have to have it all figured out, you just have to be willing to show up and see what unfolds. so take your time, look around, and share whatever feels right. we'd love to get to know you a little: 🌀 what does creativity mean to you right now, are you actively creating or still finding your way back to it? 🌀 what's a question or topic you've been curious about lately? can't wait to hear from you🫀 (everyone else go say hi and show some love 💫)

Welcome Welcome Welcome!!! 🤗
i did a past life regression
...and it wasn’t what i expected. i left feeling emotionally, mentally, and physically drained. like i had just opened something i didn’t fully understand yet, unsure why my higher self led me there in the first place. whoever said the real work comes after… they were right.👁️ it’ll be a week on saturday, and not to be dramatic or anything, but i’ve already felt such a deep spiritual shift. i have a lot i want to share (video coming soon), but for now, i’ll leave you with this: say yes. to what’s been calling you. to what you feel drawn to without explanation. to the discomfort asking to be explored. this whole experience was a reminder that the spiritual path gets ugly before it gets pretty. but boy, when it settles… life feels lighter. clearer. like you’ve unlocked a new way of seeing everything. i’m excited to go deeper into this soon. for now, just wanted to share a piece of where i’m at. take care of yourselves❤️‍🩹 🫀have you ever had an experience you couldn’t logically explain, but felt deeply real?

Wow what an awesome experience I've had something similar during a shaman healing session and by the time she was finished I didn't have any words She told me not to get on social media to talk to anyone as much as possible it's just you know remain silent no television know anything and I literally was quiet for like a week plus I was at home on sick leave but I can completely understand what you're saying

@Shakira Beltre pretty awesome experience
🪄day 1: the inner child
my first question for you is: when you hear the words “inner child”… what comes to mind? i’ve noticed we all define it differently. whatever comes up for you matters more than you think because it usually reflects something deeper. if you think of freedom: how free do you feel right now? if you think of play: are you actually making space and time for what you enjoy? if you think of curiosity: when was the last time you let your mind wander without judging it? your inner child is the part of you that first learned how the world works. how to receive love, whether it was safe or not to express yourself, if your emotions were welcomed or dismissed. it didn’t have language yet, so it learned through feeling and eventually those feelings became patterns. the way you react when you feel ignored, the way you overthink after being vulnerable, the way you shrink, people-please, or protect yourself without even realizing it. but it’s also where your essence lives: your curiosity, your creativity, your natural way of being before it was shaped. sometimes what we associate with our inner child is actually what we’ve been missing. so today isn’t about analyzing it, but instead stepping back into that world, even if it’s just for a moment. exercise: 🎧 revisit your world: go back to something you loved as a kid: a song, show, game, place, toy, hobby, word… even a smell or a food. let yourself experience it again, even briefly. 💭 notice what comes up for you emotionally without trying to explain it or make sense of it ✨ if you feel called, share: - what you revisited - and what it made you feel even one word is enough!

When I think about the words "inner child" I think of they voice inside that no one else can hear. It's never heard and never given a platform until later in life.
