Hello, and welcome!
Discipline
"Discipline of self is the ability to control and regulate your own behavior, actions and decisions so you can achieve goals or keep to a set of principles, even in the face of temptations, distractions or challenges." Self-discipline is one of the main (if not the main) keys to leading a fulfilled life. So many people think that it is an exhausting chore and not important, however the act of doing what you say you are going to do and doing it when you say you will do it, creates the foundations for confidence and integrity, which increases momentum for you to continue toward a goal. Discipline has only made my life better!🤗💪 How has having or not having discipline affected you?

" Discipline is doing what you hate to do, but do it like you love it." - Mike Tyson I think lack of discipline has kept me from doing more things (or sometimes more important things) than having discipline has allowed me to do. OK, maybe I exaggerate slightly, but I definitely need to exercise more discipline in my health (eating better, working out, etc.)

@Melissa Greene Indeed, it does!
Faceless Accounts
The trend towards faceless accounts has been growing in recent times. It is promoted as a way for individuals to successfully sell without showing their face in this frame. This relates to marketing on social media. What do you think about this development for coaching businesses?

@Marco Tomasin Or her face 🤪. I'm definitely ok with it for regular marketing on digital media, but I agree with you on coaching (and some other industries as well).
Why wait to be chosen?
When you know in your heart of hearts you have gifts to share in the world, you don’t wait to be chosen! You were chosen a long time ago, by the one that created you! And now is time to choose yourself! To follow your calling, your gift, and do not let anyone, or anything get you to believe that just because some people don’t choose you, your gift and calling is less! Only the right, like minded people will see and recognize your transformation, the ones that don’t, probably are not choosing themselves in the first place, and that is why they also don’t see your greatness! And it all starts with YOU! Choose You first! And the right people will gravitate towards you! Happy Monday everyone! Let’s make it a great week! Sending all the good vibes to you all!🥰🤗🌺👌❤️🌹🌷

@Belinda Peyrelongue The Imposter Syndrome is real!
Im nervous about coaching people with sensitive issues!
I already have an ILM Coaching quaification but nervous about dealing with the sensitive issues my clients will have around sexual abouse and rape (SAR). Its my story too but does that make me credible, will I be good enough ?

You are indeed! Just remember that your circumstance is likely different than theirs. They want to know that you're an ally and that you've been through something that makes you "like them" for credibility purposes, as opposed to someone like me who would be speaking from a place of sympathy/empathy, but not from a place of experience or credibility. They don't necessarily want to hear your story, but help to gain solutions. Just my guess, as I'm far from an expert in SAR, just trying to imagine what I would and wouldn't want from a coach for any issue I might have.
