The thing I wish someone had told me before my first craft market was ______. No judgement. No polished answers required. 😅 Just the honest thing you learned the hard way. I have a feeling this thread could save a newer vendor a whole lot of stress.

@Lisa Graham I’m still too new at it plus I had you right beside me at the first. I’d say, that getting that first sale would really make things more fun. But it was after doing my first reading that I also felt more at ease. At my 2nd market I did a sign up sheet for a chance to win a free set of bells or a 30 min reading. 15 people signed up so it was great to see interest and to have the interaction. Also, to know that you’ll learn a lot whether you make sales or not, helps to realize that the time is not wasted

Good Monday Morning Peeps!!
I'm having a small moment of reflection...AND 'Nam flashbacks if I'm being honest. Does anyone in this community post on Instagram with their craft products? (Like, to promote your website and sell) I used to post 4 times a day, showing off my products and man! after 3 years of doing that, I crashed and burned pretty hard. Last Thursday, I decided to try promoting some of my ideas about doing craft markets...I'm NOT going to go all hard-core this time 'round. Do you do Instagram...let me know in the comments!!🙏🏼

2nd Market
I did my 2nd market yesterday, in Vegreville. I felt my Ethereal Bells weren’t front and centre, even though I have worked hard on them and am very proud of them. In fact, I’m more excited about them than reading tarot at the markets. So I asked chatGPT to help me out with a few changes. They are very subtle but I want to show you. I am posting a before from last weekend, ChatGPT, and my after set up from yesterday

May 3rd Market
My first ever market, put on by L&L; had a blast with Lisa, my new soul sister, and I got to meet a few new people! The far right table in the last pick is Lisa’s, and WOW, the amount of work that has gone into the beautiful jewelry AND her set up!
