Day 16
Yesterday I did a crazy leg sesh (5pm-6pm) + workout sesh at night (9:30pm-10pm) Legs: I did some squat jumps. (15reps x 6), (20reps x 4), (10reps x 3) Night sesh: - Pull ups, 10 x 2 - Assisted Dips, 100 - Chest press, 20 x 3 - Hanged sit-ups 10 x 2 - Front Dips 10 x 2 Add ons (basketball recovery training) - Lunge hold for 3 mins (each side) - Walk on rocks barefoot for 6 mins (for blood flow) - Egg rolling for 2 mins (basically streching your neck while laying down on your back while tucking in your legs) - Crawling on the floor (knees not touching the floor. you can crawl back facing the floor then switch to stomach facing the floor) Here's the video that I watched to this: - https://www.instagram.com/reel/DD5Wu8aPueq/?igsh=MW1kcTh4aGJrNm9vNQ==

Day 7 of handstand
Can't believe I broke my PR again. Today I did chest to wall drills first and also opened my shoulders and lats. And on the 3rd kick up, I got 28 seconds handstands.😲 I achieved my goal for 6 months in a week, now will work on my consistency of kickups.
