This sounds a lot like Nim lik.
I believe there are two parts to what CST calls Nim lik and it's to be mined from the Sil Nim Tao form. one is the structure or shapes and the other is the concentration. https://youtu.be/ZuA484T1CHM?si=gTw49srZAcaf5ERW

I don't know much about this guy but he lives in Sydney and says he is originally trained in the CST lineage of Wing Chun.
A New Experience
Today I awoke feeling awesome, as soon as I stood up I felt an energy rise. It felt so good that I decided to see how long I could ride it…so no training or meditation this morning. It stayed with me all day, if I didn’t feel it I would realize my spine wasn’t aligned…lengthen and recenter, right back it came back….I did run thru SNT mid day and it felt wonderful. Returned home after work…rise still there and 14 1/2 hours still strong. Observations thru the day: my body super relaxed, my mind calm and peaceful, warm feeling within, happy all day. About 8PM I got in a quiet bark room, stance on, center, lift spine, sense my balance…veins popped more and the tingles manifested in my arms and hands, closed my eyes and I could see very fine med blue streaks like one would see playing with a Tesla coil. Move my hands like I was holding a grapefruit size ball and I saw a light blue orb forming, moving my hands around it I could see where my hands blocked the light. Mind you, until now I have been unable to see colors while meditating, faces and environmental things yes, no light saber, white light, no Blue, Rose gold or gold, beach balls. What an awesome day !!! I hope everyone gets to have their own experiences like this. The below phots were taken about 30 seconds apart. Visual of my popping veins 1st out of spinal alignment 2nd aligned and centered Crazy right!? Cheers

👑Infusing Spirit into Your Center: Unlocking Power in Kung Fu🥷🏻
Wing Chun Fam! Today, I want to talk about an essential practice for mastering internal power: infusing the spirit into your center. Here’s how to harness the right energy in your center to elevate your kung fu to the next level. Understanding the Center - The "center" is your spine, from tailbone to crown. - This is the foundation for energy alignment: think chakras and meridians. - Your center channels energy through different awareness points: mind, heart, and body. The Power of Alignment - To align your spirit with your center, focus on your center as an energy frequency. - Place awareness at the base and top of the spine, feeling the connection. - Sensing this space allows you to naturally access higher frequencies of consciousness. Steps to Infuse Spirit into the Center 1. Focus on the Base and Crown - Concentrate gently on the base of your spine, bringing awareness to it. - Then bring focus to the crown of your head, connecting both points in awareness. 2. Uplift with Good Emotion - As Bruce Lee called it, emotional content is key. Good emotions elevate your frequency. - Uplifting feelings like peace, joy, or gratitude align you with higher power. 3. Practice for Consistency - Make it a habit. Over time, focusing on your center will naturally create a good feeling. - Think of someone or something that brings joy or gratitude. This will elevate your energy field and set the tone for your practice. Why This Matters - When your center feels good, your spirit is infused, and your power is maximized. - Good feeling = upward energy alignment, creating flow rather than force. - This translates directly into martial power, allowing spirit, mind, and body to work together. Key Takeaway - Practice focusing on your center and bringing in a good feeling—make it a habit. This is the essence of internal power. Any questions? Drop them in the comments below. Looking forward to seeing you in the next session. Peace!

The fist step to sucsess is a positive attitude. The second step is visulization. The third step is action. Infuse the Spirit * 🙏
Is There Spirituality in Martial Arts? ☯️
My journey has shown me a truth that many miss: martial arts is not just about the physical—it has a profound spiritual essence. The origins of Kung Fu in the Shaolin Temple, founded by Bodhidharma, fused meditation with martial skill, laying a spiritual foundation that has carried on for centuries. In today’s martial arts world, it's easy to focus on the combat, and techniques. But the true art extends beyond physical skill to transform us internally, revealing deeper realms of calm, focus, and connection. As you deepen your practice, you learn to tap into a quiet power, aligning your mind, body, and spirit through discipline, meditation, and intention. If you're ready to explore how martial arts can be a pathway to spiritual growth—and not just fighting skill—book a free coaching call with me. Discover firsthand how combining meditation with martial practice can unlock your highest potential. Let's build a path where inner peace and true power unite.

I really enjoyed this short lecture. After training for a while now with the state and the first form i am feeling the benefits of letting go of both physical tension and mental/ emotional upsets. The forms are like meditations themselves when practiced slowly like in Tai Chi and even though IP Man took the five Elements teaching out they are all still within the forms so you will still get the healing bennifets from just practicing the forms without any knolage of the elements.
