Volume Swing Session Sets
Are you increasing the total sets during Volume Swings sessions or the number of repetitions per minute for ten minutes? For example, If your volume swing session is scheduled at 140 swings, are you completing ten swings EMOM for 14 sets? Or are you completing 14 swings EMOM for ten sets?

I usually prefer to increase sets vs reps I like to keep my reps at x5 or x10 with the standard being 10x10 a lot of it is preference though

@Ak Svercek yeah, I prefer 5/5 with the heavier bell It's still the same 10 reps, it just spaces the volume out some!
Flagship Week 2: ✅
I have completed Week 2 of the Flagship Program, which took around 10 days instead of a week. However, I am satisfied with my progress so far. Starting Week 3 today, I feel like Week 2 was strong and steady, with smooth swings. However, I wasn't able to complete the triple get-ups on my left side as I could not support the 24kg bell over my head halfway through my third rep. The singles with my "heavy" 28kg bell felt more stable than Week 1, but still not completely solid and smooth. I feel psychologically better as I am no longer intimidated to hoist that bell over my head, which I consider a win. I am ready to start hammering Week 3 and continue to work hard. Question: Are you increasing the total sets during Volume Swings sessions or the number of repetitions per minute?

What I would give if you guys @Sean Griffin @Grant Anderson would create a comprehensive manual lol With all the programs from your Instagram compiled into 1 place... It would be the best KB book on the market IMO

Traditional jumps or half jumps
Hey guys, just wanted to ask everyone's thoughts around the 8kg jump vs 4kg jump. I know that one of the advantages of the dubs and trips TGU is to help with these. If you have bells that jump by 4kgs (16 through to 40) would you entertain small increases? About to start W1D1 tomorrow morning....
