Arnold v. City of Guntown (1:25-cv-00024) District Court, N.D. Mississippi Beautiful action. Gave me a good understanding how to design a complaint. Proud that you shared. I do know it's not easy.

Thank you for being a part of this effort. Surety Bonds and Oaths of Office
Is there anyone (possibly in Alabama) that has received a municipal public officials oath of office and their surety bond? If so, how were you able to get them? I have sent open records to the public officials and to the SOS and State Revenue Dept to no avail. I will be filing a Writ of Mandamus soon but wanted to see if anyone else had success. Thanks

I F.O.IA where they worked. The police department although they wouldn't give up the surety bond info.

@Bill Arnold Im in appeals and since it takes so long to get a judgment, i want an Bond company to investigate. It does not interfere with appeals, shows the oath taker not doing his job and it's like a second opinion. What's your thoughts on that ?
