Win : I hit a PR 205lb in deadlifts 🥹 , ima be honest I didn’t think I could pull as much as I did 🤧 Struggle : struggled a little bit on my run today w my breathing had to reset and get it back in control and it threw me off 💀 Next move : see how my new meal plan for these 2 weeks goes , making sure I’m on top of it to see major changes in fat loss and weight but mostly fat percentage !

Win : yesterdays new leg day B we’re doing now was 🔥. I struggled w feeling my glutes when doing Bulgarian squats at first I was feeling it a lot in my quads , but I focused and up the weight and I improved my mind to muscle for sure , felt it in my glutes 🤧 Struggle : need to get better at packing my meals this week it was hard . having to figure out what I was gonna eat when I’m already busy was not it 💀 Next move : kill my next gym sesh 🙂‍↕️, and keep up w my protein and overall consistency.

Jogged about 2 miles for the first time in months! Proud of myself for doing some cardio, after I went to breakfast this morning. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! ✨

Morning! My brain wanted me to stay in bed so bad today, but took action and got it done. Did not want to break my streak of waking up before 5AM and getting my jog/walk in. Hope everyone is off to a great start.

Win : I cut off some time on my mile time 😜! In 5 weeks I went from a 18min mile to a 14 🤧 I’m getting better and have the endurance to do more than one mile Struggle : because of my schedule , I do a lot of night workouts and runs but I love morning workouts however today I didn’t eat before training w brandon today and I had no fuel to push me and I felt so weak 🤧 Next move : continue to stay consistent and eat good . I want to hit 5 miles by the end of this month 😩 that’s my goal 🫶🏼 Also did my 24 min of cardio : it was a night run I struggled today but I cut off my mile time so I’m taking the win 😭
