JV in OR
Hey Devin, just wanted to touch base with you. I have a lead in OR that I would like to use the installment method on given the new regulations there. The seller has an auction date in two weeks. Can you walk me through the ideal way that you would like to JV on this? Just pre-qualify the lead, and then hand it over to you to lock it up?

@Ryan Cusick Hey man, since it's not my IP, the only place is from the attorney in the Installment Method Course. If you have a contract for deed, land contract, executory contract, etc.. those are really similar!

@Ryan Cusick yea, i understand that. You could use a contract for deed/executory contract. Your title companies can help you to fill those out. Most have done them before! That's the best way to do it if you don't follow Gary's route.
