Hi friends-- Most of this group, if not all since we are still small, knows that my life, like yours, has been one long QUEST OF FAITH! It has OFTEN (more the last decade than ever before) been a MESSY, MESSY QUEST AT BEST! This past few years as I have felt God leading me into more or a LEGACY QUEST--more coaching; more support; more lifting other women higher--sometimes I have felt my very MESSIEST! CALLING IS MESSY! CALLING REQUIRES OUR FULL SURRENDER! Today--I woke up today with one of those PRECIOUS GOD NODS about the path we are on! For decades, God has woven one word through my ministry, retreats, workshops, coaching, and resources: QUEST. Some of you may remember names like: Rest Quest A Woman's Quest Freedom Quest Vision Quest Years ago, I even began creating Bible reading and quiet time resources called A QUIET QUEST—a gathering of resources that never fully came to full life and were eventually tucked away in a file drawer. This morning as I was praying about THIS GROUP and what I woudl like to offer, I realized something. THAT QUEST was not forgotten. GOD PLANTED THAT DREAM many years ago-- As I prayed about our new Permission to Pause Prayer & Journaling Group, I suddenly saw it. This community IS "A Quiet Quest" coming to life! THIS IS A HOME FOR THAT DREAM! LET THIS ENCOURAGE YOU!! GOD HEARS YOUR PRAYERS! HE KNOWS YOUR DREAMS! HE HAS A GOOD PLAN!! A Quiet Quest is not a race. Not a performance. Not another thing to accomplish. THIS WILL BE a quiet journey. A sacred invitation to slow down, hear God's voice, reflect on His Word, and walk faithfully through the season you are in. Isaiah 30:21 says: "Your ears will hear a voice behind you saying, 'This is the way; walk in it.'" That is what a quest is, isn't it? One step. One page. One prayer. One whisper from God at a time. What began as a dream many years ago is finally finding its place. And I couldn't be more grateful that you're here to walk this Quiet Quest with me. 🤍 Pat INVITE A FRIEND!!
