I wanted to share a bit of the magic of this Special Full Moon because it is in the sidereal location of Rohini Nakshtra in the constellation of Taurus. ♉ [Funny- we began Communion I on the New Moon in Rohini earlier this year- I didn't plan that, but it was destined!] When the moon is in Taurus, it is elevated, but when it is in the nakshatra of Rohini, it's in love! 💘 According to Vedic Cosmology, the moon (chandra) has 27 wives, all represented by a Nakshatra ("star or light"). Yet, Rohini is the most beloved of the Moon; therefore, this Full Moon ~ Purnima ~ is one of the most auspicious! Taurus is ruled by Venus, and Rohini is ruled by the Moon and the presiding deity "Brahma," the creator. This full moon is about abundance, creativity, moving forward in pleasure, alignment, joy, delight, emotional renewal, and beauty, to say the least. Hey Mystiks! Whether you are indigenous to the Americas, transplanted by ancestry, or called to live in the States. Today is not just Thanksgiving; it is a reminder of those who have come before us. In 2019, when I was going through my darkest night of the soul (physically in bed for 2 months), I held tightly to these chants.
