🚦 We Have a Red Light, Green Light Winner!
Even with all the 4th of July weekend festivities going on, this thread still delivered some absolute gold! ✨ People showed up, shared their one-liners & billboards, jumped in with feedback, and helped each other tighten up messaging in really thoughtful ways. That’s what makes these threads so good, it’s not just posting your own stuff, it’s the willingness to slow down, look at someone else’s message, and help them make it stronger. 🏆𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿: @Liisa Reimann of Funnel Forensics for the depth and quality of her feedback throughout the thread. Liisa consistently gave thoughtful, strategic feedback that went beyond surface-level reactions and got to the heart of what was and wasn’t working. Her comments helped people see where their message, visuals, or offer needed more clarity, and she did a great job explaining why something wasn’t landing, not just pointing out that it wasn’t. Liisa wins the pinned post spotlight, and I’ll be reaching out shortly to get that scheduled 💚 🌟 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀! I also want to give a shoutout to @Keith Berg and @Faith Adebayo for the feedback they brought to the thread. Keith gave a lot of clarity-focused feedback and repeatedly pointed out where messaging needed a stronger takeaway, clearer result, or simpler path to understanding. Faith gave practical, specific suggestions that helped people tighten wording, improve clarity, and make their message easier to understand quickly. Thank you to everyone who joined in this weekend and made the thread valuable. Whether you posted your own one-liner, gave feedback, or did both, you helped make this one worth reading all the way through! 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱!

@Heather Boers I'm gonna get mine in next weekend!
🎆 Red Light, Green Light: 4th of July Edition 🎆
This week’s game is all about helping your message pop & sparkle before the weekend is over! Whether you want feedback on your billboard or your one-liner, this is your chance to get fresh eyes on the words and visuals people see first. You can submit: 🟢 Your billboard (graphic) 🟢 Your one-liner (elevator pitch) 🟢 Or both! A one-liner is your verbal billboard: one or two short sentences that spark curiosity and make people want to know more... submit more than one! It never hurts to have a few in your toolbox! Your “billboard” can be your Skool community card, website hero graphic, YouTube banner, social banner, or any visual that acts as a first impression for your business. If you’re sharing a graphic that isn’t your community billboard, add a quick note so we know where it lives. For example: “This is my website hero graphic” or “This is my YouTube banner.” Here’s how feedback works: 🔴 Red Light Tell them what’s unclear, confusing, or not working. 🟡 Yellow Light It’s getting close, but something still needs clarity. Share where you’re getting stuck or what questions come to mind. 🟢 Green Light It’s working. It’s clear, compelling, and makes you want to click, join, or learn more. The magic of this game isn’t just posting your own submission. It’s in the feedback. Leave thoughtful, constructive feedback on as many submissions as you can. 🏆 One community member will win a 24-hour pinned post inside 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹. And no, the winner is not the person handing out the most Green Lights like parade candy 😏 The winner is the person who gives the most thoughtful, helpful, and constructive feedback throughout the weekend. Drop your billboard, your one-liner, or both below, and let’s see what deserves the green light this 4th of July. 🇺🇸✨

@Michelle Cyr I completely agree about the Skool logo. Kind of looks like a poorly placed sticker instead of an intentional add on to the cover. @Patricia Maria Ferreira Larrieux i wonder if you could incorporate it a little differently.

@Michelle Cyr that’s beautiful. I LOVE acrylic pouring. It doesn’t require straight lines & the process is so unpredictable. It’s like magic. So there’s joy in the process without feeling like I’m going to mess something up. Recovering perfectionist here.
Ever Bared All To a Group of Strangers?
No, not your boobs or bum... your funnel! I'm trying something wild in Funnel Forensics next month: part community showcase, part review sesh. Over the course of 7 days community members get to give us a guided tour of their funnels and customer journey. Why are we doing this? Because we RARELY see how other businesses attract, nurture, and convert customers in the wild. All the gurus say "here's how to build a funnel" but none of them say "hey, show us your funnel, maybe we can all learn something or help you with something that's driving you nuts." Benefits for presenters: - visibility on your offer - feedback from the community - fresh ideas - practice talking about your funnel - new connections and potential referral partners or even clients Benefits for attendees: - real-life funnel examples - exposure to different business models - pattern reveals - inspiration - lessons you can apply right away to YOUR funnel Presenters get 1 hour to: - give us a walk-through - take questions - ask questions Got something AMAZING you're doing that you think would blow another entrepreneur's mind? Wanna see what others are doing that might solve a problem you're having? It's all happening July 6-12. Join in the fun! @Chris Suckling's already in. Who's next? Maybe youuuuuu @Heather Boers????

Mine will be the shortest 7 days you’ve ever seen.

@Liisa Reimann because my funnel is so short it’s more like a hole 🕳️ hence why mine will be a short drive down my “funnel”.
Katya McEwen is running something tomorrow that's worth showing up for
If you've ever packed a webinar with gold, stacked the social proof, added the countdown timer, and still watched people not buy, Katya's workshop tomorrow is going to land differently. She runs a community called Oracle Connections (4.5k members, for context), and she's built something called Mini-Project Magic specifically for this problem. The idea is that information alone doesn't create belief anymore. People trust what they experience. The workshop is hands-on, and you'll walk away with clarity on what your own mini-project could look like. It's tomorrow, Monday, at 10 am EST / 7 am PST / 3 pm BST. One hour. https://www.skool.com/content-revenue-lab-4761/calendar?eid=ca50e4f43aa44023a50833ba69f47462 Worth a spot in your calendar if the "great content, no conversions" problem feels familiar. Des - The Content Revenue Lab What's the conversion problem you keep bumping into most, getting people to show up, or getting them to buy once they're there?
