Q4 2025 Impossible Goals (10 Week Goals)
Below are the goals I set in my Q4 1-pager. My family is going on vacation to Kenya on Dec 21st so my 10 Week Goal is to be as close as possible to accomplishing these by then: Q4 Focus - set 9/30/25 - Overarching theme: Awareness. Raise my FLOOR: transparency and accountability. - Keystone goal: Lead and scale family business to $1 million revenue. - Prioritize sleep (80-90% consistency) and nutrition (~200lbs @ 12% bf) - Prioritize family. Laugh, sing, and dance often. P.S. For context my family's business is a sleep technician contracting company led by my dad. The best year we've had was in the low 6 figures ($200k) and I personally have not earned $1 million total in my entire life combined (30 years old). So this really is an impossible goal I have no idea how to achieve. Looking far out, my 3-year impossible goal is to lead our family business to $100m revenue by advancing holistic sleep apnea solutions (airway dentistry, breathing re-education, and myofunctional therapy) First blush, our current business model is not a vehicle that could scale that high that quickly. We work a lot in the business and not as much on the business. So when we stop working, the business stops making money. We would have to pivot to offering a product like home sleep study equipment or partner with a company that offers a scalable solution not tied to our time. So where I'm at right now is determining/designing the right vehicle and partners that could scale to that level. My Future Self's identity is the CEO of a multi-million dollar healthcare business. My weekly commitment is to GO for NO reaching out to industry leaders who are already on the cutting edge of research and practice for solutions to sleep apnea. Would really appreciate any feedback.
