Accountability partner and likeminded activity partner
I could use some accountability, although I'm spending the next 30 days with family too, so I'm not in 100% work mode. What I really really miss partnerwise in the meantime is partners who are hyped on the possibilities of skool, maybe have limited activity in your community and want me to liven it up a bit in yours, and you coming to liven it up in mine, with a few positive comments that make sense every now and then, some likes etc. When starting new and 9 out of 10 people in my community not being used to skool it's great to mix it up with some that are used to being active and responsive. Of course we wouldn't DM eachothers members or try to recruit them.

@Hengameh Bolouri You know it!
"I don't know what to offerโ€ฆ"
99% of newbies say this to me. It's only the 1% who don't say this to me who end up going on to make a lot of $$. I have some clients from years ago who still don't know what to offer. Guess how much money they've made... Zip. Nada. Zero. I also have some clients from a 2 months ago who knew exactly what to sell from day 1, and now they're making 10k plus per month. So decide right now if you want to be part of the 99% or if you're going be in the 1%. Decide now and figure out "the how" later. I call this 'Offer Clarity'. And if you're ever unsure of what to offer, you need to sit down with pen and paper and figure it out. But here's the good news (I'm full of good news): There are ONLY 4 THINGS you can offer help with if you expect to make any money at all in this game. 4 things Not 5. Not 6. Not 3. Just 4. What are they? Get ready....... Write these down..... 1) Relationships (soulmate, better sex, Tinder dates, etc) 2) Wealth (save on taxes, make more per month, etc) 3) Beauty (drop fat, build muscle, etc) 4) Chronic Pain (eliminate knee, back or neck pain) As a coach/course creator, if you don't choose one of these 4 things to help people with, you're swimming upstream - against a strong current - in a thunder storm - surrounded by piranhas and hungry sharks. Note: There is only 2 exceptions this 'Law of 4' Spoiler: You're probably not an exception. Exception to the rule #1: if you're extremely sexy and willing to show it. If this is you, you can sell anything and simps will just pay you cause they love you/want to be closer to you and your private parts. Think Onlyfans. Exception to the rule #2: if you're extremely famous. When you're Oprah level famous, you can sell cans of dog shit and people will buy it cause of the celeb factor. Humans are weird like that. But since you're most likely not an exception, decide right here and now which of the 4 things you want to help people with. And just pick ONE of them for the love of god.

Good post and for sure something I'll need to keep refining. Right now: I help freedom loving people achieve their dreams. Maybe too vague? I'm aware "dreams" and "freedom" in itself isn't part of the top 4 classes, even though they could be included in the "wealth" class as money online helps achieve a lot of dreams and freedom. Living out dreams and bucket list things is probably what I'm best known for so it just feels more authentic for now. I'll try it for a while and as my community makes more money maybe I'll shift to: I help freedom loving people earn 7k/month and more online. And put whatever amount I make myself as the number. Might phrase it like this for now: _______ is a community which helps members achieve their dreams.

If you have a Skool community and you want to make at least $5,000/month, my team and I know exactly what you need to do to make that happen because... We've already helped 100's of Skool community owners do it BUT... Even though we can give you the same game plan others have used to succeed and... Even though we CAN work with you 1 on 1 to set you up in the same way our top clients are set up... There are 2 things we CANNOT give you... There are 2 things you CANNOT expect us to give you... 1) The skill to execute on the game plan. You need to actually be good at coaching, content creation, writing copy, making sales, etc. because... If you suck at executing, you won't make many sales. But fear not! Because we CAN help you develop your skills. If you show up to our weekly Skill Development calls on the calendar, we can help you improve your skills. On every call, we will take a look at what you're doing & tell you how to do it better. Just like athletes show up to practice, you need to show up to our Skill Development calls. 2) A guarantee someone will pay you. We can't force someone to give you money. That's THEIR choice. Not ours. Not yours. THEIR'S. Just like if you were single, and you hired me to be your dating coach, you (hopefully) wouldn't expect me to force someone to date you. That's creepy & unethical. All I can give you is the same game plan & pick up lines other singles have used to find dates successfully. But if you don't have the skills to execute on that game plan AND the person you're speaking with just isn't a good fit or now just isn't the right time for them to date you, you're not going to land a date. Same goes for sales. You need to have the skills, and you need to let people BE. Don't force this. Forcing it is a sign of desperation, and desperation repels.

Good points
Skool community for concept/product/service evaluation?
Is there a place on skool where market research questions are welcomed, encouraged and answered? Where it's not frowned upon or ignored when you try to understand how people value or don't value things? I have so many ideas that I'd need to get feedback and evaluation on, understand how it is valued, if it is valued, but nowhere to ask or make polls and get answers. I'd imagine that there are probably some places catering for something like that?

#1 Reason Skoolers quit (don't like 97%)
I've seen a lot of good people with potential give up on Skool, Iโ€™ve even been in contact on Zoom. The hardest part of entrepreneurship is not lack of information or what to do. What I believe is the #1 problem that make all of them give up on themselves and a better life Is that they feed the wrong wolf. And if you're scratching your head wondering what I mean by "wrong wolf" it's an old story About two wolves, a good and bad. And we all choose which one to feed Let the wolf be our mindset and the food be self talk, beliefs etc. Which one survives? The one you feed. The ones who make Skool, entrepreneurship, whatsoever....work, is what wolf we feed. If we go around STILL being our old selves, believing what old friends or family are saying about our insane "dreams" and goals Then we'll inevitable give up. Because you're not the type of person who has X lifestyle and you're just "pretending" and when you feel fake/like an imposter... you go back to being your old self again and live the same life. I've been on Skool for 6 months and only last month I made my first sale at $997 For almost 6 months I was at $0 and paid for Skool $97/mo I could've said at month 4, "ah... f this" But I didn't... Want to know why? I see myself as the type of person who makes money online doing what he loves. The results are delayed BUT certain to show up. If you feel that there's so much to do and not enough mental energy or time left of the day And giving up seems like the best option Know that with every tough thing you face: - You'll handle it better next time - You have invaluable lessons - You're one day closer to your goal Please don't give up. If you're up for it, comment down below what you're feeling stuck with, is it dialing in your niche? Your offer? Who to serve? Content? Business loves speed and depression loves stagnation, let's make sure to shorten the gap between idea and action. Much love, Maximus

@Maximus Cavalic I appreciate your comments Maximus. If someone held a gun to my head and said I had to choose one thing to fill my 2025 days with I wouldn't need to think a second, I would say that i want to write and produce songs from my heart, not have much screen time outside of that at all (I've had too much in my life) and rent/lease my own house with garden where I can do certain events both in terms of music, small resort, and other things. I did that in another part of the world (no music at that time, more based on health, wild animals, happiness) and would love even more to do it here minus wild animals plus music. When I get to that position I would probably hire mods to run a community of some sort too. So it's not so much that I don't know what I want to spend my time with, it's more that I don't know the best way to build sustainable income on the way there. I don't want to sell investments to live for another 6 months because it sucks afterwards to see how much it would have been. Just the microstrategy stocks and ethereum certificates I sold last year could pay for 3-4 years of expenses for me at todays price. I have been selling off investments to live for 11 years now (with a few months business contracts in 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020 and one week in 2021 where I bought some more investments). I would be pretty well off by now if I had done a little DCA in that period instead of selling, or even just kept what I had, so I want to stop selling ASAP and start DCA and that's the difficult part. Question is what model is the most realistic, fast, secure model to bring income from what I love to do and want to do. It sure isn't youtube or spotify. Could be live events+merch+skool a few songs for companies and organizations, of course gradually raising price per song from 700 usd to 1000, 2000, 3000 etc as I get happy clients. But yeah, decision is hard, because what I want doesn't come with a reliable cash flow model built into it.

@Maximus Cavalic Thank you for pushing me to think more. I changed my profile text completely to embrace music and helping others with health and happiness plus community set up rather than just classic money making script, and I changed (back) to free. It might not be economically comparable but it feels authentic. And I started sending a few DMs.
