My free Skool community is barely a month old with just 22 members so far. Even so, I've learnt a lot and am gaining the experience and confidence I need to launch a backend paid community further down the line. The community is for people who want to "make money online" whether through affiliate marketing, or by offering their own services or skills. Okay, so here are 5 things I've done so far to try and add value to the community: 1. Use Google docs to create PDFs that address questions discussed in webinars. The PDF is written specifically for the person who asked the question, but made available in the Community "Resources" section for anybody else to download as well. 2. I posted a Resources page that links out to all the resources and services I use to build my own online business. Those links are rotators. As people rise in rank, they unlock the right to add their own affiliate link to one of the rotators - one additional link per rise in rank. 3. Blog coop: I expect a lot of the members will come from a blockchain-based blogging community that I am active in. I have set up a blog coop in the Community for people to post links to their latest content and to support other bloggers in our community. 4. Create synergistic relationships: One of our members runs his own blockchain-based community which is relevant to the interests of my community. He will create a course for our community, and I will encourage our members to get involved in his community. 5. Fun and Games: I am giving away NFTs to members who start playing a blockchain-based monster fighting game. 👾⚔️👾😄
