2 Week Progress
The goal of this months carnivore challenge is to smash through some limiting beliefs and start getting lean. The bigger picture for me is that this is in line with my goal of doing my first BJJ comp in April and get down to 10% BF by the end of the year. Things are going well. Down 9lbs and 3 inches from my waist. No time to let up. Iโ€™ve got 13 more pounds to make weight for my comp. How are you doing with your weight loss goals so far?

Mark's Insane Transformation
Mark and I served in the same unit together. After he retired, we lost touch for a few years until we bumped into each other at a cafรฉ. I had just started online coaching and had this new program called, The BE.A.S.T. for veterans. He was struggling with weight gain, chronic pain and low energy. I proposed he try my program and he said "SURE!" 90 days later, Mark had lost 25lbs, removed BIG Pharma from his life, improved his asthma, fixed his dead shoulder issue and ran a half marathon! Mark isn't any different than any of you. He works hard, takes care of those he loves and isn't a super athlete or has zen yoga warrior powers. He's a regular guy, that got amazing results by following a straigh forward plan and being consistent with it.
