I hope everyone had a great Halloween! I am enjoying this community and am thankful for @Jill Hart for introducing me to Substack. I hope to use my MSW to help create a safe space for anyone to get help with their struggles/goals. Weekly group sessions, private 1 on 1 sessions with an MSW, evidence-based courses in Hope Theory (still a work in progress). The idea of the group is to help hold everyone accountable. As a community, we will support each other, check in with each other, and provide honest feedback. I will help promote my member's communities and will share valuable resources.
