Subscription pricing
Hey all, In the introduction Hormozi talks about how free clients are grandfathered in. Is it possible to grandfather subscription pricing in? For example 0-5 members free 6-10 members $9.99 10-20 members $19.99 So I increase the price of the subscription for new customers but the 6-10 members are grandfathered in at $9.99 until I decide otherwise.

Different User Profiles for Different Skools
Hey team. Would there ever be a way to have a different user profile for different Skool accounts you may be a part of? As I just created my Skool account for one of my groups, it's using the same profile as here for me. I guess one way around that is would be to create a new user for myself with that organization domain. Thanks in advance.

@Éva Raposa Currently, no. But, I wish it was. The only workaround is creating separate emails to log in from

@Éva Raposa Sure. Why not? 😀 Just a pain to have a separate email address to log in and out of. I was planning on doing it for a different group I was working on to keep my profiles separated as well.
Introducing dark mode 🕶️
Now you can use skool in dark mode on your computer and phone. Turn it on/off in your settings. It's not as polished as light mode, that's why it's called "Dark mode (beta)". We know a bunch of you want it, so we figured we'd ship it early and get your feedback. Enjoy 🎉

How To Fill, Sell, Operate And Retain A Successful Mastermind Group.
Hi I’m Oli 👋 I run several paid Communities on Skool that make around $800k /month collectively. Today, I’m sharing with you how to fill, sell, operate and retain a successful Mastermind Group. In this post I’ll be covering: - How to fill a Mastermind Community - Captaining your group and managing Mastermind Operations - Protecting your recurring revenue with a Retention Playbook To illustrate I’ll be spotlighting one of my Communities called NextLevel Scale™. Quick context about this particular Mastermind and Me… I started this Community about 5 years ago back in 2018. Primarily to help other info Business Owners who are scaling to 7 and and 8 figures with their own Masterminds, Group Coaching Programs, Memberships and Online Courses. The investment has risen each year, but currently stands at $48k for 12-months Membership. Right now we have 50 active members which contributes to around $2.4 million in annual recurring revenue. My role is to lead and facilitate the group with a Team that comprises of one full time Coach and a part time assistant. But I didn’t start here. My journey goes back over the past 20 years of being in the info business. Since then I’ve ran virtually every kind of model you can imagine: Full Format Franchising, Online Memberships, Area Exclusive Licensing, Online Courses + Digital Products, In-person training centre, Group Coaching Programs, a National Association, Home study courses, Marketing Agency, Publishing Partners, Live Events, Equity based Consulting, Retreats, Private Consulting, Certification programs, Printed Monthly Newsletter Subscriptions… …and obviously Masterminds Groups. The high ticket Mastermind Community model is hard to beat. It’s almost like “alchemy“, and the timing to grow your own Community like mine is especially fortuitous right now. My goal here is to summarize the lessons I've learned, share what has worked, and what to avoid. Fair warning: this post will likely be long, so be sure to bookmark it now in your browser to refer back to later.

Social Image for About Page Links
Happy Friday! I'm sharing a workaround I used that you can use too for selecting the social image for your community. When sharing your About Page invite link on social media, text messages, and emails, an image pops up. That's the social image. We can't select that image on Skool currently. And my workaround is this: 1️⃣I used Canva to create the social image I wanted. (Mine is attached for your inspiration 😁) 2️⃣I uploaded this Canva image as the FIRST image on my About Page. (This is the critical step. If you upload it as the second, third, or fourth image, it won't work. You can upload a video first, then upload your selected social image as the first image. As long as it's the FIRST IMAGE, it'll work. Did I say "first"?😆) 3️⃣Send your About Page Link on social media, texts, and emails. That image should now pop up as your social image. Yehey! This is how it looks like on the About Page of my ADHD Simplifiers Community. Is this helpful? P.S. Use this Skool-recommended dimension of 1400 x 790 px for your graphics on Canva.
