Imagine you're a member of some groups (not the owner or admin). Somebody "innocent", not somebody trying to sell people stuff... How many new people would you start a DM conversation with in 1-week?
I avoid using the word course, because of the negative association that comes with "online course". Even when talking about my own courses, I ALWAYS refer to them as trainings.
Classroom is better because it implies multiple modalities of learning. It’s better because it’s a pattern interrupt. It’s better because you have a lot of different businesses using Skool. We are a software company not a course creator. Classroom is better because “Courses” has baggage attached attached to that name.
We have 3 Skool groups. We are currently using them for: 1. Free funnel group 2. Community for a high-ticket mastermind 3. Community for our software product
In my community, I’ve noticed that a lot of our conversation revolves around Instagram content. Right now, we share a lot of links to Instagram reels, but I feel like it would be more engaging for our members if there was an ability to embed Instagram videos within posts (just like how YouTube videos currently work). Would anyone else benefit from this feature?
Now you can charge money for membership to your community! Skool replaces your landing page, order form, merchant account, and everything else — it does everything, end-to-end, seamlessly. You add a price, share a link, get members, and make money. Watch the video to see how it works. Questions? Check out this Skool payments FAQ. Enjoy 🎉
