The second day of the training was amazing as well. Very hands on, we were able to put into practice what we had learned the day before in more depth. Listening to the role play between Ben and yourself was so insighful and felt very real ! And the 2 sessions I had with Fabienne in the breakout room were amazing as well and felt very real. Practicing the fully active listening, the mirroring and reflecting back are so powerful techniques. Applying the technique of outlining the results wished/by the clients (valid as well for coachees) as expressed by them, then outlining the problems/hurdles/roadblocks faced by them and coming us smoothy with a custom made solution address all these painpoints , and then softly empowering/entrusting the client with the decision relative to the follow-up of the process are so powerful!!! The energy in the room yesterday was wonderful..No surprise that no one wanted to leave after the Q&A session. Wonderful 2 days webinar, again congratulations to all your team for putting it together. Such a treat for all of us! Thank you.

Treating your customers with the same respect you would expect from them to treat you has always been paramount for me, and building trust and strong long term relationships are a result of our commitment and consistent actions to provide the best level of experience and customer service.
