Currently using Xlead for sms. Got my A2P approval less than 7 days ago and already at 3 % opt out rate with 59% failed rate.. not sending that many per day.. does anyone have any tips on how to raise my delivery rate and lower my opt out rate?

Hey everyone. I am new to the business and have a question. For those of you doing SMS blasting, what actually triggers a TCPA lawsuit? Is adding Opt out language enough, or do we really need prior written consent on every number? Thanks!
