So I'm fairly new to Facebook ads, and this might be a dumb question lol. My question is: what secundary metrics are most important for clients? Is this Cost Per Call or ROAS? I'm a bit confused. Also, how do you define your KPIs? I'm in the online fitness industry and there's barely any information out there about benchmarks and KPIs. Any advice would be appreciated!
