Most of us built our business from the place of: - “I’ll just do it real quick…” - “I’ll handle it…” - “It’s fine, I’ll figure it out…” - “I’ll catch up later…” And suddenly we’re juggling 20 tabs, 6 roles, 4 deadlines, 3 kids, and 1 nervous system trying to hold it all together. So this week, I’d love to bring the conversation here: What part of your business makes you slip into ‘employee mode’ instead of ‘CEO mode’? And honestly… I’m so proud. I know some people might wait until they hit 100, 500, or even 1,000 to celebrate.
