Today is the last day for Joseph — what an incredible effort. Off the back of Ed’s Uncomfortable Challenge fundraiser, he rolled straight into my 28-Day Challenge and never missed a beat. He’s shown how committed he is to becoming healthy and becoming the best version of himself. Love seeing him in the gym with his family — he leads from the front. Well done, mate. Great fella 👏🔥

Managed to whip up the Teriyaki Salmon Stir Fry last night from the meal recipes provided, and wow—it’s was great! Super easy to make (like, 20 minutes tops with simple ingredients) and packed with flavour. It’s seemed really healthy, satisfying, (though my wife may have went for an apple pie afterwards. If you have done so already its worth a try, I only have 1 of my 4 children home at the moment - but really enjoyed as well. I liked the shopping list- it made it really easy. Thankyou! Hey Mick, Thanks for reminding me how important portion sizes are. I wanted to get your thoughts on tracking and logging my food intake using an app that measures calories, macros, and nutrients through barcode scanning. It might be a bit time-consuming, so I’d appreciate your perspective on whether it’s worthwhile or overkill. I’ve looked into MyFitnessPal, and a few people have also recommended Easy Diet Diary. Are there any benchmarks or reference points we should use to guide our dietary intake if we start collecting this data? Regards, Dan

Morning breakfast was simple this morning - omelette with asparagus, capsicum, tomatoes, shallots and chicken breast. 7km walk and a quick row which was tough going.
