I’m still fairly new to Skool and not in too many communities. But I’m curious about the strategy around levels. Is this required for all Skool groups? Can you have members without gamifying interaction? Pros/cons? Love to hear thoughts from those in Skool communities or hosts!

When you grow, you don't rise in a straight line. You rise, dip, and rise higher. 🌊 That dip isn't failure. It's your system adjusting to allow more energy. In personal growth, the "dip" feels emotional instead of physical (confusion, fatigue, self-doubt, overwhelm). You're not back at zero. You're building a bigger container for the next level. The dip isn't collapse. It's INTEGRATION. Allow it. Listen. Create space. Before you know it, your OWN momentum will come back. 💬 Does this give you a different perspective of where you're at?
