I Tried... I REALLY did try not to lose it..
Have a listen. I start calmly, but I lose it a little towards the end. And I mean every single word. Anyone can change. Anyone can achieve success. I don’t care if that statement angers you. I know, that I know, that I know that. And it drives me absolutely effing crazy that most people choose, and it is a choice, to stay in poverty, accept failure or live permanently just above broke. They work themselves to the bone, repeating the same habits, making the same decisions and following everyone else in circles like a processionary caterpillar. Then they wonder why nothing changes. If you keep doing exactly what you’ve always done, how can you possibly expect a different outcome? If you want something to change in your life, you have to change something in your life. Different outcomes require different inputs. You can change. Or you can choose to stay exactly where you are. Don’t be a processionary caterpillar. ...watch the video on the link below https://youtu.be/3inWqxTsbk8

Another incredible book
From Birth to death You've got about 4,000 weeks.... How many have you got left and How are you going to use them? I worked out how many I'd already spent. I wish I hadn't. That's the premise of this week's book review: Four Thousand Weeks by Oliver Burkeman. It is an anti-productivity book, and it will annoy anyone who has built their life on output. Which is most of us. Three things in it that stopped me: There is no bottom to the inbox. Clear things faster and more arrives. Build capacity and demand fills it. The reward for keeping up is more to keep up with. That "one big push and I'll finally be on top of it" weekend you keep planning? It does not exist in nature. Everyone settles. The only question is whether you settled on purpose or by drift. Decide what you are deliberately going to fail at, and write it down. A priority you have not protected isn't one. Stay on the bus. Every bus out of Helsinki shares the same first few stops. Get off because your work looks derivative, start again on a different route, and you'll spend your life at the station. Mastery lives past the boring stops. Almost nothing compounds inside eighteen months. I retired at 46. Within what felt like a fortnight every one of those freed-up weeks had quietly refilled. In the review I'm honest about why, and about which years of my life were actually the worst ones. They were not the years I was sofa-surfing and delivering pizzas. Full review is in the classroom, all 14 lessons plus my take 👇 Then do the maths on your own weeks, and look at next week's diary and ask whether it deserves them. https://www.skool.com/theboard/classroom/84055912?md=2b53984e82c74472a92fd3a6592cd8f6

@David Welch 👍too many people are like processionary Caterpillars… they just follow each other knows to tail… no questioning no challenging just blindly following like sheep to the slaughter…. in fact, there’s a famous experiment - French entomologist Jean-Henri Fabre arranged them in a continuous circle around the rim of a flowerpot. Because each caterpillar followed the silk trail and the caterpillar, directly ahead, they reportedly marched around the rim for about seven days before the loop finally broke… it’s why one of my principles is stop breathe think adapt evolve win. Whilst most of society is blindly sleepwalking into oblivion those that take the time to look up and choose their own future the ones that get to enjoy it knowing that time is Ltd but it can be so much more than the average person is enjoying.
THE PRESCRIPTION FOR PROGRESS:
When you visit a doctor, they don’t simply glance at you and make everything better. ...audio on - listen for the cure First, they ask questions and examine the problem. Then they diagnose what’s wrong and prescribe a course of action. But the prescription itself doesn’t cure you. You still have to: - Accept the diagnosis. - Pay the price of the prescription. - Take the medicine. - Follow the advice. - Change the behaviours that contributed to the problem. - Continue the treatment long enough for it to work. .....Only then do you begin to get better. Business and life work in exactly the same way. A mentor, coach or adviser cannot magically fix your problems. They can examine the symptoms, identify the underlying cause and give you a prescription for progress. But you must still pay the price... and I don’t simply mean money. The real price might be: - discomfort, - discipline, - difficult conversations, - changed habits, - longer hours, - greater focus or finally doing the things you’ve been avoiding. The bridge between your Problem and your Potential is the Prescription... ...but progress only happens when you follow it. Advice is not the cure. Implementation is the medicine. And nobody else can take it for you.

A plan on a wall changes nothing.
Most business owners don’t need another strategy day. They already know much of what needs to change. The problem is that Monday morning arrives. A customer complains. Someone resigns. Cash gets tight. Something urgent lands on the desk... and the important work gets pushed back another week. That’s how a good plan slowly becomes expensive wallpaper. Real progress comes from having people around you who will ask the questions others avoid: Did you do what you said you would do? If not, what genuinely stopped you? Are you fixing the real problem... or the easiest one? Are you keeping the wrong person because the conversation is uncomfortable? Are you still doing work you should have handed over a year ago? A plan gives you direction. Accountability makes sure you actually move. Because businesses rarely stay stuck through a lack of ideas. They stay stuck because the same problems, distractions and habits keep winning. What if you had somewhere to work through those decisions every week, with people who understand exactly what’s at stake?
A plan on a wall changes nothing.
