Hi all! My favorite snack is mac&cheese. If I had a llama, I would name it Suraj. Business/tax challenge I am dealing with is honestly just the thought of starting a business! I am a student nurse coach and my goal is to be full time with it by the end of the year. I am not business orientated by any means, but I am committed to learning what I need to to be a successful small business owner. Right now, I am curious about whether an LLC or S-Corp would be more beneficial to register under for a brand new business. I have a basic understanding of the difference between the 2 but that's about it. Thankfully, I have a great accountant who I can run some of this by. Thanks for reading :)

Everyone knows you don't pay tax on debt... The ultra rich have ways around this... Mr beast takes no income from his businesses and lives on loaned money to pay less tax. My question is how do the "not so rich" employ similar actions without risking bankruptcy? What are some easy/simple/basic things normal people can do to decrease taxable income?
