How to plan 2026?
A few days left in the year, high performing professionals start shifting their minds to goal planning and target setting within their specific business. You take the time to reflect on the wins and losses, and then set a vision for how you can make the next year better than the last. I have done this for multiple years now, and thankfully achieved growth each year since I got started back in 2021. One of the fallacies that I am protecting myself against this year, is what "new" strategies do I need to implement next year in order to grow the business further? Most people operate in this capacity because they have never had success in one specific business or marketing strategy. If that's you, then sure you need to keep trying new strategies until you can find clients or sales. However, if you have had success, then spend more time focusing on "Better" and "More" instead of "New". Take the proven model and continue to run with it because you will continue to get exponentially better with that strategy the longer you run with it. Maybe it is social media, maybe it is in person events, maybe cold calling. Whatever your focus was of 2025, if it worked, double down on it before you starting investing time and capital into something new. That's what I will be doing in 2026 to grow my business further, double down on what worked in 2025 and then attack it vigorously. If you don't know where to start, or have had no success, then get too planning or find a mentor. Cheers to the 2026 vision, bigger, more, and better.

Cost Segregation
Is anyone else needing a cost seg company prior to end of year? I have a company that can do a cheaper study without visiting the property with a quick turn around time. It’s a new vendor I’m working with and have been very impressed.

Marathon > Sprint
For those of you in a slow business season, my wife and I went the last four weeks without much going on. All of the sudden, we put four under contract in four days. Do not judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant. #PlayTheLongGame

Love it! What were the sources for your leads?
Closing #2 for September!
My client just acquired this property in Tempe that they will turn into an STR. I drove about 5 properties for them before we found this one. I could tell he was ready to make a quick purchase so I made driving his properties a priority and even offered before he asked. Lead Source - Paid Lead from RE Investing Site
