Definitely not perfect and I didnt get the rise during bulk fermenting that I thought I would but it taste so good

@Samantha Mayers thanks..it was super sticky still after bulk fermenting but it was past my bedtime so I just said welp lets cold ferment and see how it goes 😆 I let it sit on the counter for about 5 hours after taking it out of the fridge and it did rise more just not as high as the recipe said.
Finally done with my orders for tomorrow's pick up!
Pictured is my mini king cakes before I put the icing on😋 side thought: they really need to call these things sugar cakes because that's nearly all they are😅 Sadly I didn't get a picture of the pretty artisan loaves I baked today🥺 It was a long day of baking and juggling various online projects along with two toddlers, and my feet are tired lol. Cleaning will have to wait until the morning but that's okay🤷🏻‍♀️ Btw, I got the recipe site ready! BUT the photos and recipes won't load in the app when others click it, so delayed again but it's okay! It'll be up soon! What did baking look like for you today? If anything at all

Hi, Im Jen from Arizona. I was given a starter from a friend, tried to make a loaf one time and it flopped so I stuck it in the back of fridge. But I pulled it out yesterday to revive it and then today I found this group. Meant to be! Can't wait to learn.
