When to launch?
I just finished watching 180 Days Building and AI Agency and it’s a wonderful production. I am close to launching my Day 1 journey. I’m just in my head a little bit about how much I should know to feel comfortable pitching to clients. What do you guys suggest for knowing when your ready to launch your agency?

Hi Reuben, congrats on finishing the program! In my experience, the best time to launch is once you can confidently deliver at least one core service and have a simple workflow or case study to show. I can share a practical checklist I use to know when a new agency is ready feel free to DM me if you want it
3 Automations Every Small Business Should Set Up First
When you’re running a small business, time is your most valuable resource. The good news? A few simple automations can save you HOURS every week and keep your business running smoothly while you sleep. Here are the top 3 automations every small business should start with: 1. Lead Capture → CRM / Email List Stop copying and pasting leads from forms into spreadsheets. - Example: New lead fills in a website form → info automatically goes into Airtable/HubSpot → welcome email sent instantly. - Impact: You never miss a lead, and they feel valued from second one. 2. Appointment Scheduling + Reminders Chasing people to confirm meetings is a huge time drain. - Example: Client books a call via Calendly → appointment auto-syncs to Google Calendar → reminder SMS/email goes out 24 hours before. - Impact: Reduces no-shows and keeps your calendar under control. 3. Invoices + Payment Follow-Ups Cash flow is king. Automate the boring stuff. - Example: Finish a project → invoice auto-generated in Xero/QuickBooks → payment link sent → if unpaid, polite reminder emails go out at 7/14 days. - Impact: You get paid faster, with less awkward chasing. 👉 These are low-effort, high-impact automations that create immediate wins for any small business. Question for you: Which of these do you already have set up? Or which one would help you most right now? Or would you like some help

🚀 What’s One AI Automation Tool You Can’t Live Without?
We all have that one tool that changed the way we work. For some, it’s the engine that saves hours of manual effort every week. For others, it’s the spark that unlocked new opportunities or helped scale a business faster than expected. 👉 So let’s hear it: What’s the one AI automation tool you can’t live without? - Is it a workflow builder like n8n, Zapier, or Make? - A custom AI agent you’ve trained? - Or maybe a single integration that transformed how you handle clients, sales, or operations? And if you’re just starting out, flip the question: What’s one personal goal you’ve set for applying AI in your workflow this year? - Do you want to save 10 hours a week? - Automate your lead generation? - Or maybe finally get rid of repetitive admin tasks? 💬 Share your tool or your goal below, let’s inspire each other with practical wins and ambitious plans.

Great topic, Miguel! For me, the AI automation tool I can’t live without is n8n. It lets me connect multiple platforms, automate workflows, and orchestrate AI agents seamlessly from lead generation to client onboarding. The ability to customize every step gives me huge efficiency gains and keeps operations consistent across projects. A personal goal I’m working on this year is fully automating AI-driven lead enrichment and follow-ups, which should save 10+ hours a week while improving conversion rates. Curious to hear what others are using there’s so much innovation happening in AI workflows right now!
