You probably have a bad business model like me >
Hey guys the business model that i'm using in my ad agency is monthly pay + cover the ad spend. I Think this business model is pretty bad and here is one reason why I think that: - if I want to price my service for more than 1500$+ a month and 800$ for adspend I need to *at least* to get my customer the same month 2300$+ a month or it won't be profitable for him. 🔹 What business model do you recommend in order to work smarter? I heard that adspend is using DFY + DWY and I don't really know how they structure and work with this business model.

Have you thought about maybe doing an setup fee, pay on results for a couple of months and move to a retainer once you earn trust? (they pay ad spend) Do a completely DFY then transition to DWY once you're confident you can transition to consulting?
