Hello everyone, I am Cinnamon. I currently live in GA, by trade I am a Healthcare Analyst, but aspiring to become a Real Estate investor. I am interested in learning the basics in real estate for buy and holds, tax deeds/ liens, land deals, and more. The biggest challenge for me is to find reliable information in real estate that can provide proven steps for the basics in buy and holds and tax liens/ deeds. I am also trying to understand the risk vs benefits for having an LLC on one property or should you wait until you have several. Whew, vetting feels good! Lol anyways nice to meet everyone!
