@Steven Matthews enjoy the journey and be willing to take a risk. They won't all work out and but you learn from and find the value in every move you make.

#How To Win (3 of 3) You just added another two Audibles to my ever-increasing collection. Simplification is clarification and clarification is how to achieve excellence. I am such a victim of shiny object. You are making me redouble my efforts to avoid that.

This was outstanding and after that I saw a training on using ChatGPT to help create it too. Working on it today!

I know this is not exactly right but I couldn't pass up the opportunity and would like some feedback. My cousin posted an Easter photoshoot date for her Photography business so I thought I'd give her some free advertising ;P I started with calling to my Alabama friends and family because that's where the shoot will be and the only customer that would be interested. Then, I detailed about seeing the great photos she has done in the past. Finally, BOOM, hit em with the key action lever by letting then know that the time slots are filling up. Is there anything you would have done differently? Thank you all in advance.

Do you have any sort of lead magnet?

#How To Win (2 of 3) turn up the volume. Again I need to do more before getting impatient and changing everything.

#How To Win (1 of 3) I had been going LIVE 3 days a week but obviously hadn't done it long enough yet. You have inspired me to start doing it again. Mon-Fri to start and really start being that sounding board for my audience.

#First Principles (3 of 3) The math is very interesting. I'm not very knowledgeable in the marketing space, yet ;), but getting 500 clicks on a page seems easily doable. I could be underestimating the assignment but time will tell. Loved the vid, on to How to win.

Professionals always measure and Mike does a great job letting you know how to grade yourself with this math breakdown. It takes some of the frustration, uncertainty and emotion out of business.

#First Principles (3 of 3) is the making only one change in your marketing at a time and testing it 100 times before moving on. I am guilty of making wholesale changes. I am pretty consistent with my content but get frustrated and probably change too many things to soon.

#First Principles (2 of 3) Never stop testing to find something that will work because eventually everything stops working as well as it did. This is a never-ending process with marketing

#Vision & Core Model (3 of 3)The automated sequence of education and follow up is the key to pre-qualifying. In the beginning of my journey, traffic was easy and so were leads. Unfortunately, none were quality. I'm excited to get it right this time.
