Crying Isn’t Weak. It’s What Happens When the Tank Finally Empties.
I sat down recently, ready to face the anger that had been building in me for days. Tight chest. Clenched jaw. That internal heat. I didn’t yell. I didn’t punch. I just sat still… and gave it space. And then something unexpected happened— I cried. Not from weakness. Not because I was sad. But because my system finally let go. That’s when I realized something powerful: Crying isn’t just for sadness. It’s your body’s pressure valve for any emotion that’s been trapped too long. Anger. Fear. Shame. Grief. Tears are the release. They’re what happens when the storm breaks and the clouds clear. So if you’ve ever cried and then felt lighter, more grounded, or just done with the pain— You didn’t fail. You finished. When was the last time you let your body release what your ego was trying to carry? What emotion was hiding underneath your anger? Drop it below. This is King’s work.

This was spot on! Crying is the release of the build up. Be it anger, or happiness of being in a situation where you've been fully heard for the first time. Either way, this writing hits and speaks a deep truth!
