Thanksgiving
So I was asked to make desserts for Thanksgiving and I am a low key sugar addict. Our adorable godson asked ever so sweetly for me to make Rice Krispie treats because I'm the only one who can make them (I think this is just something I am told to make me feel special) and I have to make a Pudding Pie. I am a lick the spoon kind of person. This is gonna be hard lol Anyone else have to make something they'll be tempted to nibble on?

I’ll be making mac and cheese which is one of my binge foods - planning on forcing people to take it home at the end of dinner so I don’t get tempted to have any after the main event 😂

The deload is over and the final push commences today!
GUYS it's happening. I am starting the final push into single digit body fat percentage. I am going to be cutting down to competitive bodybuilder body fat percentage which is not for the feint of heart. I really am inspired by so many of you guys and it helps me stay locked TF in. Def requires a lot more planning and *shudders* recovery days... 🤮 Let's head into 2026 with our best feet forward!

Hi! Sorry I am late to the game, been dealing with two sick babies at our house 🤪 I’m Cheyenne, I’m a 30 yo mom of two, wife, gardener, country and rock music fan, and general nature lover! I’ve lost 130lbs and trying to lose about 80 more to hit my goal weight of 175lbs. I had vsg in 2022 which has helped me tremendously in my weight loss journey. I wasn’t able to get pregnant prior to weight loss and I am proud to say that I had two beautiful babies since losing the weight! Lately I’ve noticed some bad habits creeping back, mainly around my binge eating addiction/food noise, and it scares me a little. I want to be the best, healthiest version of myself because I live life so much, and I love my little family and want to be around to live this beautiful life with them for a very very long time! I’m grateful to be here and be part of a community like this to keep me motivated!
