Just popping in with a micro-question that’s been buzzing in my mind and I would love your take. If you could pick ONE thing to “add to your toolbox” this month—just one—that would most move the needle for your online presence/community, what would it be? Choices you could pick from (or add your own): 1. Attracting the right people (not just more people). 2. Converting more visitors into active members/customers. 3. Automating a process so you can spend LESS time on it. 4. Deepening engagement (getting comments, replies, real convo). 5. Something totally off-script (share below!). I will go first: I’m leaning hard into #3 Automating a process because there are so many manual steps I keep repeating and I realise: if I can free up 3-5 hours/week, I can spend that on creating, connecting, showing up rather than doing the same admin dance. I’m curious at what point did Skool start feeling like a real community for you, not just another platform? For me, it’s when I started recognizing people by name and actually looking forward to their posts. How about you? What made it “click”?
