Tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. I’ll be at the El Paso County Board of County Commissioners meeting. A close neighbor of mine, Jason, is on the docket. Some of you may know his property—he has that beautiful play area in the back and a finished apartment in his basement. Recently, he built an ADU on his land. And just like what happened to me last year with Monument Glamping, one of our other neighbors raised a stink about it. Now Jason is going through the exact same process I did, trying to defend his right to responsibly rent out his ADU. Tomorrow is his day to make his case before the commissioners.
