Does who you fill your skool group with matter?!!
๐๐ป When you started your space, or as you are thinking about it, do you go after your ideal client or just bring peeps in at first that may or may not be your ideal person?! In the hurry of grow big, fast, make money asap, I wonder if there is something lost that later requires fixing when the group isnโt engaging and there is no group culture within the space. Would it be better to figure out exactly who your ideal client is, then do whatโs needed to bring those exact people into your space?? Because if you bring the folks in that want what you have to offer, they are more likely to jump in and engage because they have pain points and issues that they want help figuring out. They also will get better results typically, because they are motivated to do the damn things, which means better proof for you. If you fill up your space with loads of various peeps, it may become incredibly apparent that they disappear when the content shared within doesnโt have anything to do with why they are there, so they donโt make it a priority, then when you start bringing more peeps in who look at your about page and go oooh, this is going to be great with lots of peeps, then inside itโs cricketsโฆ thatโs def not what you want to have happen as then they leave as quickly as they get in. Am I saying to never let anyone in thatโs not exactly your ideal client?! Nope, just maybe worth thinking about before you fill your space with every friend on skool and the rest of the interwebs ๐ ๐๐ป What say you?!
