What Julie Told Me About Summit Speakers Who Win
I had a conversation with Julie (who hosts multiple summits a year)… And she said something that stuck: 👉 “The speakers who get results aren’t the best presenters… they’re the most present.” Read that again. Because most speakers think it’s about: ✔️ perfect slides ✔️ polished delivery ✔️ the “right” freebie But that’s not what moves the needle. The ones who actually grow? They’re in the comments. They’re answering questions. They’re part of the conversation. They don’t just show up as a speaker… They show up as a human people want to engage with. And that’s what turns: → cold audiences into warm leads → visibility into community growth → attention into actual sales _____________________________________ 🔥 If that’s how you want to show up… Applications are open for the 𝗔𝗜-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🗓️ June 15–17, 2026 ⏰ Apply by April 24, 2026 *** Note: You need to be a member of the community first...then get to Level 5 before the deadline. So let's get you in today. Join here. (Shared with permission from Julie 👏) 💬 Question for you: When you think about speaking…are you focused on your content… or your presence?

@Ellen Westbrook funnels can feel impersonal...even after you've designed all the awesome emails. Community [mic drop]
Question about Summits - Have you ever been a Featured Sponsor?
Have you seen ROI from being a Featured Sponsor in a Summit or Bundle?

Yes absolutely. In Julie’s and other hosts. You get more eyes on your content.

all the time. I pretty much only go that route. I get way more sign-ups and conversions to my paid offers
What's your community engagement plan for March?
Everyone talks about a growth or traffic plan for their Skool community...but once you get them, it's now about keeping them. 👉 What is your favourite ways to engage your community...and you can see it in your metrics and churn? Some of my favourites: - create easy posts for people to share their opinions about themselves or the post topic - tag people in posts to create collaborations between members - DM'ing members even after their receive an auto-message to welcome them to the community and to share more about themselves in a "Who Are You" Post - community designated posts to share Instagram or Skool community links - utilize the leaderboard to unlock LIVE workshops and sessions

@Kristen Miller yes they work well but unfortunately don’t go towards discovery ranking on Skool so I use them intermittently
🙏 A personal request from me today
Hello friends, I'm not usually the type to post super personal things on social, but this week I’m asking for a little support from this beautiful community. My 16-year-old nephew had to have brain surgery this weekend. What started as pain in his eye and headaches turned out to be a sinus infection that spread toward his brain, and the doctors had to perform a long surgery to remove the infection and relieve the pressure. The good news is that he has been progressing really quickly in his healing. He’s doing really well and recovering faster than the doctors expected, and all things considered things are moving in the right direction. There is still an aggressive infection they are treating with strong antibiotics, and he did develop a form of Meningitis that has caused some seizures ... the kind of thing you unfortunately see on medical shows. He’s young and strong, and he’s in the best hands possible… but as you can imagine, our family is very stressed right now. If you’re someone who prays, sends good energy, positive thoughts, or simply believes in holding space for someone… I would deeply appreciate you keeping him in your thoughts this week. Thank you for being such a kind community. It means more than you know. ❤️ My baby Sister and her son Grayssen <3

Growing an Audience Without Instagram 👀
Hi everyone - I’m Kylie Kelly. I’m building a business around a simple idea: you can grow a powerful online business without relying on social media. I help women grow their audience and revenue through things like: - email marketing - collaborations (summits, bundles, guest teaching, podcasting) - search-based visibility and long-form content I host The Email Growth Show podcast and run a Skool community where we experiment with building businesses around owned platforms instead of algorithms. Most of the women I work with are coaches, creators, and service providers who want to grow an audience without being glued to Instagram (I just hosted a breakup with Instagram challenge inside my own Skool group that was SO fun) Collaboration is actually the main engine of my own growth. Over the past few years I’ve partnered on dozens of: - summits - bundles - podcast interviews - guest trainings - community collaborations - freebie swaps... You name it, I've probably done it. Random facts: I’m in Australia, mum of two crazy little boys, and a former international wedding photographer. A surprising number of my business ideas happen while recording voice notes in the car between school pickups 😅 Really excited to meet everyone and see what you’re building!!
