Group 1 - tonight’s session moved
Hi ladies in group 1, I’m sadly suffering a migraine after putting my neck out, so am going to ask if we can move tonight’s catchup to tomorrow night at 5.30pm. Group 2, I’ll put you in for 4.30 tomorrow but if you’d prefer to join the 5.30 that’s fine - as it’s school holidays there are a few away so we can combine groups. If any of you have a preferred time between 4.30-6.30 let me know and I’ll accommodate. Thanks for your understanding Pip x
Chia Seeds
@Pip Reed Hi Pip, I generally have a teaspoon of chia seeds in my protein smoothie. Should I soak them first in water and then add them or is it best to add them dry like I have been doing. Thanks Jen

AIP meal suggestions
Has anyone made any AIP compliment meals that they absolutely love. I prepped a few things to get me through the week and now I’m tired of them and feel like I’ve lost momentum. Any suggestions?
