Wake up at 4:15am. COFFEE! Client at 5am, 6am, 7:30am, 9am, 11am; break for my own training and lunch; answer messages, emails, do planning for the afternoon sessions until 2:30pm; start afternoon sessions at 3pm, 4pm, and group classes at 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Eat, clean up, pass out, and repeat 🫠

You're an inspiration, Katya 🥳
Let's celebrate one of our members today, @Katya McEwen 🥳 She finished number 6 in the Spirituality category in the Skool Games, just over $900 from the 5th spot, and it was incredible to watch 🥳 Katya is such a beautiful example of what can happen when you commit to your community and keep showing up. She reminded me that growth is about so much more than numbers on a leaderboard. It is about people believing in what you are creating and the energy you build around your work. I think there is such a great lesson in this: Your work can touch people in ways you do not always see at first and your community can become something far bigger than a group of people on a platform. Katya, you are such an inspiration, and I am so glad we get to have you in this community. Please join me in celebrating her in the comments 🎉🥳

I became a coach because I am passionate about helping people take control of their health and wellness. There is so much information out there that people get overwhelmed and give up. I really want to help people understand that a healthy lifestyle isn't an all or nothing proposition. Small changes that fit within your individual lifestyle are the building blocks for reaching your health goals.

I think there's a problem with this...🤔
I think there might be a problem with the 1:1 coaching model. Because many coaches I speak to reach a point where they love the client work yet start to feel like… 'There is only so much of me to go around.' A full calendar looks wonderful from the outside. But behind the scenes, it can mean back-to-back calls, little space for thinking, more energy spent, and very little time left for your own life. And relying on the 1:1 model means there's no way to scale your business to make the level of income you want. This is where the problem lies, I think. Have you ever had that moment in your coaching business where you realised 1:1 alone might not be enough?

@Miri Campbell This is precisely what I am going through right now! I have a thriving 1:1 practice for physical training. Even when I lose a client a new one usually steps right into the empty slot. For that I am so grateful! And I adore my clients! However, that also means that I often begin my day at 4am in order to start at 5am. I take clients until 11am or 12pm. I have a bit of a break and start again around 3 or 4 pm and work until 7:30pm. It's exhausting. It leaves me little time to plan my online clients and the serveral group classes I teach per week. Perhaps more notably, I worked really hard to receive a national board certification for health and wellness coaching and I can't find the time to get some kind of business model for that off the ground. And none of the above mentioned includes my responsibilities around my 3 kids, my dog, my home. etc. I love my clients and they pay a premium for individual time. However, there are only so many hours in a day and the burnout is real. I'm ready to consider another business model that gives me more freedom and doesn't leave me tied to the clock all day. I thank you for bringing this topic up within the group! Can you tell by my rant that it's top of mind? 😂

@Miri Campbell I love this group - and the freedom of ranting! Thanks for creating this space!
What’s making you shut the laptop? 😆
If you’re building a coaching program to sit alongside your 1:1 work, what part are you stuck on currently? The annoying bit that makes you close your laptop and think, 'I’ll do this later.' 😅 Tell me the nitty gritty. I’m using your answers to shape ideas of how I can best help you ☺️

I have a brand identity, website, and social media but none of that has done much for me. I have been working on a few mini courses but even that seems a bit haphazard. I feel like developing a community around health, wellness, and fitness could do well but the market is so saturated (often by influencers or marketers with no knowledge!) that my voice would be small and my outreach too.
